Service Agreement

By engaging Trades Digital Agency for digital marketing services, you agree to these terms:

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified
• No long-term contracts or lock-in periods
• 30 days notice required for service cancellation
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date

Service Delivery

We commit to:

• Delivering services as outlined in your service agreement
• Providing monthly performance reports
• Maintaining professional standards in all communications
• Responding to inquiries within 24 hours during business days

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

• Services provided with due care and skill
• Services fit for the purpose you told us about
• Services delivered within a reasonable time
• Remedy if we fail to meet these guarantees

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellent results, digital marketing outcomes can be influenced by many factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
